Traditional prevention services may seem relatively straightforward in code assignment. However, the coder is often faced with the challenge of appropriate reporting for additional services. In this session, we’ll cover wellness services with additional illness management, procedure performance, diagnostic testing for screening, symptomatic patients, and disease management, various immunization administration techniques, and challenges presented by the No Surprise Billing Act and associated GFE requirement as it pertains to wellness services.
